Spotty Showers On and Off, but Much Drier Overall
Today will be much better than yesterday with intervals of sun, a cool breeze and a couple of spotty showers possibly popping during the afternoon hours, but it should be mainly dry today thankfully! Highs will make the low 70s today, which is still some 10 degrees below average. A little trough, wave of moisture will rotate through tonight into Wednesday around a big upper level storm that will remain essentially parked just up to the north across Southeastern Canada right through the upcoming weekend. At times a little wave of upper level energy, and moisture will rotate around the storm, which unfortunately will keep the threat for a few spotty showers/storm in the forecast just about each and everyday through this weekend, but the majority of the time each day should be dry. Highs will remain below average, low to mid 70s through Thursday, but by Friday and this weekend it will become seasonably warm with highs getting up to near 80.
