Brisk and Chilly Today & Tomorrow
Milder Temps Return for the Weekend
Today will be brisk and chilly with breaks of sun and a few widely scattered snow showers. Any accumulation will be minimal, although watch for slick travel especially this evening. Highs will only be in the low to mid 30s. Lake snow showers will pick up a bit tonight through areas of the Southern Tier where a few inches of accumulation are likely where snow showers persist. It will be brisk and cold with lows in the low to mid 20s. Tomorrow will be cold and brisk with any lake snow showers gradually winding down. Highs will only be around 30.
A warm front will arrive on Saturday with extra clouds and a spotty flurry or sprinkle. It will be milder with highs near 40. This front will lift to our north on Sunday with mild and breezy conditions developing. A spotty rain shower or two can't be ruled out with temps climbing into the low 50s.
Another push of chillier temps will arrive Sunday night into the beginning of next week. It looks as though this up and down pattern will continue through the first week or so of December.
Have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving Everyone!
