The Bills are reportedly interested in upgrading their receiving corp with a player that carries some baggage along with his great talent.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport tweeted Sunday the Bills are in contact and among the suitors for DeSean Jackson, who was released by the Eagles last week.
Philadelphia cut ties with Jackson, amid reports about his attitude and off-the-field activities, including ties to street gang members in Los Angeles. Jackson has denied those reports.
The 27-year-old speedster had his best season last fall - 82 catches, 1,332 yards receiving and nine touchdowns.
