Class B football semifinals are Saturday at 3 p.m. and can be seen on Time Warner Cable Sports Channel. The game features the top two teams in the state.

Alden will face Maine-Endwell of Section VI at Sahlen's Stadium in Rochester. The Bulldogs will put their perfect record on the line once again and try to advance to the B state title game.

"They seem so business-like and they really are on a mission. I don't want to downplay what they've done because it's tremendous. They seem like they are focused and they want to move on to the next level. They're excited but very guarded," said head coach Dick Diminuco.

"After winning a regional, it's a great thrill for our program, being the first team in our program history ever to do that, but we know our ultimate goal from day one has been to win a state championship," said quarterback Brian Stoldt. "We knew that Maine-Endwell would be in the way and this is a big game for us. They're a very good team and we've got to prepare for them." ClientIP:, UserAgent: CCBot/2.0 ( Profile: TWCSAMLSP
