BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo Common councilman is pushing for the McGuire Group and Erie Community College to work together to revitalize the former Sheehan Hospital property.

According to councilman Darius Pridgen, ECC should move certain programs to Sheehan. The McGuire Group's recently bought the property.

In a resolution he submitted to the Common Council, Pridgen says programs including medical assistant training, dental assistant training, durable medical goods technician training and other support staff training would move onto the Sheehan property. He believes it could help the success of the Medical Campus.
