For those looking for some extra cash after the holidays, you are in luck. As YNN's Kate McGowan tells us, just head to Ralph Wilson Stadium and be ready to help dig out.
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Snow. Here, there, everywhere.
"It's beautiful, this is winter, I love it. I love the first snow, and basically, this is the first snow," said Jerry Rice, of North Collins.
After this week's winter storm, the Buffalo Bills are looking for some extra help.
The need: shoveling out the stadium. Just in time for this Sunday's home game against the Jets.
"It's just snow. Everyone does it every year. You live in Buffalo, you get used to it. It's not that hard," said Bryan Dychowski, of North Tonawanda. "A lot of fun actually, not hard. It's enjoyable. I haven't been in the stadium in a while, so it's nice."
For every hour spent at the Ralph, $10 goes in your pocket; an opportunity many couldn't pass up.
"I really couldn't pass it down right now. Not really working too much, so decided to help out," said Don Smith, of Buffalo.
Hundreds came out for the day long event. Some put in a few hours, while others worked around the clock.
All volunteers were required to be at least 17 years old.
The Bills will continue to pay out until the entire stadium is clear.
