BUFFALO, N.Y. — The bad news continues for Buffalo Sabres fans as the NHL announced it is canceling another round of games.
The league says regular season games are now canceled through December 30th.
The NHL locked out its players in mid-September after failing to reach a new collective bargaining agreement. Many thought an agreement would be reached during talks last week, but the two sides could not find common ground on key issues.
A total of 526 regular season games, about 43 percent of the season, have now been canceled.
