BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man charged with a summer murder in the Queen City faced a county court judge Monday afternoon.
Wyatt Hayes, 34, is also known as Chicago. He was arrested October 24th in Tennessee's Bradley County during a traffic stop.
Hayes is facing second degree murder charges after police say he shot 26-year-old Darryl McDavis in July.
If convicted, Hayes faces 25 years to life in prison.
