Drug arrest in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Police in Jamestown and Homeland Security agents arrested a man wanted on drug charges both here and in Puerto Rico.

Police, SWAT team members, and federal agents went into a home on North Main Street in the city and arrested 28-year-old Luis Marquez Burgos of Jamestown on multiple drug charges. Police say they found heroin and cocaine in the house at the time of the arrest.

He was arraigned and is being held in the Chautauqua County ail.

Marquez-Burgos was also wanted on a federal warrant from Puerto Rico for drug trafficking and possession charges.
